We believe that talking about mental health and going to therapy should be as normal as talking about physical health and going to a doctor for physical pain. Talking plays a key role in healing along with words. Words have the power to heal, educate and bring a change into every individual’s world.

Mental health is a very important phenomenon and we feel that you have to fight a battle everyday. There are some days when you don’t want to conquer this world, and that is completely okay. There are both good days and bad days, and it is better to feel everything than to go with your life and not feel at all. You are worthy of your every emotion because that is a part of you. Be the best version of you!

We believe that through appropriate knowledge, resources, and help, we, as human beings can create an environment where no one is ashamed to talk about their mental health. We are here to support anyone and everyone who is or has ever suffered from mental illness by breaking the myths around it and providing people with the truth and facts to our very best ability.
